Why was LIFF Consulting Group established?
“Many of our colleagues combine deep content knowledge with strong organizational and social skills. They know how to manage complex tasks not only technically and process-wise, but also how to involve people and create movement.
We noticed that many organizations need exactly that combination: sharp analysis, organizational sensitivity and connecting leadership. More and more, we were asked not only to use our expertise in projects, but also to help organizations translate their strategy into actual change.”
How does LIFF relate to Uptime Partners?
“Uptime Partners is part of the LIFF Consulting Group and focuses on project and asset management within the construction and infrastructure sectors. In particular, we help contractors and technical service providers to better control their projects, optimize processes and apply asset management in a pragmatic way.
In fact, LIFF focuses on public and private clients and supports organizations in achieving strategic growth and future-proof business operations. We assist organizations in shaping strategy and organizational development, the transition to data-driven work and strengthening operations through interim management.”
What does LIFF stand for?
“LIFF stands for Leadership, Impact, Future and Focus. These are the core values that drive us and that we place at the heart of every process. Together, these elements ensure that organizations revive. Our interim managers and organizational advisors guide organizational change to tangible results, together with the people in the workplace.”
What makes you different from other consulting firms?
“I notice that the word “interim manager” or “consultant” is increasingly losing its meaning, and that's a shame. It is often seen as someone who temporarily comes to fill in some gaps. But I believe that things should and can be done differently. For me, it's about earning yourself back, preferably in multiple and convincing ways”.
