Within the municipality of Amsterdam, Traffic and Public Space (V&OR) is responsible for the accessibility, safety and quality of the urban infrastructure and public space. V&OR acts as client for projects and programs that keep the city moving: from roads, tunnels and bridges to quays, squares and bicycle networks.
LIFF has provided the project management of multiple data and information management transitions for the municipality of Amsterdam. The organization has been guided in developing a structured approach, where work packages have been translated into concrete implementation plans with explicit attention to digital systems, data governance and organizational design.
