Within the municipality of Amsterdam, Traffic and Public Space (V&OR) is responsible for the accessibility, safety and quality of the urban infrastructure and public space. V&OR acts as client for projects and programs that keep the city moving: from roads, tunnels and bridges to quays, squares and bicycle networks.
LIFF has carried out various interim management assignments for Traffic and Public Space (V&OR) of the Municipality of Amsterdam. In addition, change strategies have been drawn up and implemented, transitions have been supervised and policy frameworks have been developed. KPIs were also introduced and the Planning & Control cycle strengthened. In addition, we worked on a long-term vision for asset management, including risk management and stakeholder analyses. This not only makes the organization future-proof, but also directly contributes to accessibility, safety and quality of life in the city.
