For the new construction of the RIVM building at Utrecht Science Park, the Central Government Real Estate Agency concluded a DBFMO contract with MEET BV. The building will be the new home of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) and the Medicines Evaluation Board (CBG). The complex of offices and laboratories will be an international knowledge center for health, environment and medicines.
LIFF, through subsidiary Uptime Partners, assists MEET BV in the field of contract management. This includes monitoring agreements, analyzing deviations and realizing solutions in coordination with both the Central Government Real Estate Agency and the future user. There is intensive cooperation to manage changing legislation, technical challenges and additional user needs. In addition, Uptime Partners supports MEET BV in preparing for delivery and maintaining a stable relationship with the Central Government Real Estate Agency.
