What brings you to LIFF?
After 15 years in asset management at large organizations, I saw the same challenges time and time again. Teams work in silos, systems do not communicate and plans are missing because it is not clear how they can be realised in concrete terms. At LIFF, I recognize the mission not only to advise organizations, but also to really leave them behind better. My focus is on connecting people, processes and technology so that organizations achieve independent results.
What is your expertise?
In my work, I combine three areas of expertise that reinforce each other: improving asset management, supervising information transitions and stakeholder alignment. I understand both technology and practice and speak the language of IT architects, administrators, management and other stakeholders. This is how I ensure that everyone works together in a targeted manner on solutions that are actually applied.
How do you help organizations concretely?
My focus is on future-proof solutions that demonstrably work. This translates into, for example, setting up data governance, structuring information processes, and facilitating training courses. Teams learn to work independently, knowledge is shared, data becomes discoverable and silos disappear. As an interim manager, for example, I am involved in the Urban Management of the Municipality of Amsterdam, where I have set up and implemented official commissioning and cooperation with the newly established Tunnel Projects department. This has led to a working, sustainable result that has been fully transferred to the organization.
What does it mean for organizations?
Concrete, lasting results. Teams that work together efficiently, systems that reinforce each other, and organizations that continue to improve independently. No dependence on external consultants, but solutions that are embedded in the organization and have a lasting impact.
