Project & Program Management Consultant

As a Project & Program Management Consultant at LIFF, you work on social challenges that bring movement. Literally and figuratively. You help public organizations and partners in the Travel & Mobility sector to structure complex projects, accelerate programs and sustainably anchor results. You work at the intersection of strategy, organization and execution. Whether it concerns urban mobility, infrastructure projects, sustainable transport or internal government organization programs. You know how to create an overview, provide direction and build support.

  • Leading and advising projects and programs in the public domain, with emphasis on government, infrastructure, travel and mobility.
  • Translating strategic objectives into concrete plans and measurable results.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Setting up project structures, governance and progress reports.
  • Facilitating decision-making, work sessions and evaluations at the administrative level.
  • Identifying risks, opportunities and potential for improvement within current programs.

You are a connector that brings structure to dynamics. With your analytical skills, organizational strength and administrative sensitivity, you know how to make complex processes run smoothly. You have a natural ability to convince and know how to take people along in change.

  • WO work and thinking level with 3 to 7 years of experience in project and program management, preferably within the public sector or mobility domains.
  • Experience with project methods (such as IPMA, Prince2, MSP or Agile).
  • Insight into administrative processes and a sense of political relations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build support.
  • Proactive attitude, result-oriented and pleasure in working together.
